Job Designation:
This role is responsible for generating qualified leads, managing inbound and outbound customer communication, and supporting the sales team in opportunity development. The Inside Sales Representative serves as the first point of contact for many customers, ensuring that their needs are understood and addressed while driving pipeline growth through disciplined follow-up, CRM management, and collaboration with Account Executives.
